Russian Master Efim Frumin is an international artist who has dedicated his professional life to the study, rediscovery and practicing of the lost
painting secrets of the Old Masters. Years of artistic work have resulted in the development of his exquisite style which is charactized by the blending of Frumin's own modern perspectives with the Techniques of the Great Masters
of the past. This style, in effect, is a romantic synthesis of realistic expressionism and is realized most fully in Frumin's, portraits, landscape, still lifes, trumpe-l'oeil, and Old World frescoes. Efim Frumin received his
education in St. Petersburg, Russia, and has studied extensively in the great museums of Europe: Florence, Rome, Paris and Madrid. He immigrated to the United States in 1974 to find artistic freedom, and in 1982 established his art
studio in Houston, Texas. Efim Frumin's paintings are in collections throughout the world, and in Texas at the George Bush Presidental Library and Museum. |
